Hey everyone! Just got my first Veridian WS and set up Tito @ home to work with it. For some reason the TITOs are printing weird shown in the photo (A - the top one). I want it to display like B (in the photo). Am I missing a setting somewhere? Also can I have it read VOUCHER instead of spanish or is that at a printer level?
Any help would be great!

Change the Language to English, also the layout to enhanced I think to get more

That worked Jeff! I had to dig around but fount the langauge in the menu for Ticket layout.
In case someone else has this same issue or is new to the platform:
It was under Miscellanous > Convert English to Spanish > Voucher Multi Langauge support > Disabled.
Also the Tito instructions say to put the voucher to basic layout but enhance works too.
