Title: SAVP Device Offline Error

Have a 3 reel AVP, getting a device offline error "Peripheral Device Offline ID: AVP Reel Shelf,Reel Backlights,Reel Front Lights. Please Correct The Error" I checked to make sure everything is plugged in, & do see some lights are working on the board that the reels plug into. any advice on a possible solution?

You've lost POWER or COMMS with them.  Check to be sure ALL your power supplies in the cabinet are working. Check to be sure your USB cable is plugged in the backplane board AND the reel shelf board. Check for cable pinches and cuts (door area). And lastly, rare but possible, you could have a bad shelf or backplane board (Try different USB ports), etc. You may have to re-boot after switching ports.

Any luck on this? just curious as i have same error, mine worked fine then just tore down unit to clean now getting this...

bad reel board apparently damaged it removing the big plug, new reel back board all good
