Hello, can someone please help me with my machine?

I just picked this up not working and would like help identifying this machine.

Also how would i test the Power Supply?

It appears to be a Bally E series. I'm going to move it to that board. I also flipped your sideways shot. For future, just EDIT the photo in your phone by flipping it around and straight again.
Also please post a photo showing the inside. GREAT looking machine! I love the colors.  :yes:

That is an early version of a Bally 5000. It most likely has a silver power supply mounted on the back bottom right of the cabinet. Badbaud has contributed a lot of great information on repairing these.
