I own a Super Mag 7 IGT S2000, and I've been searching for a decent set of reel strips now for going on two months without any luck.. I was wondering if there are very many of these machines out there, and what condition there reel strips are in? I was thinking of getting a new set printer up at Sunkist Graphics, but the cost of one set including have the art work done is outrageous.. :hissyfit: This got me thinking that maybe others had the same bad strips, and would be interested in going in on having new strips printed up.. If I remember right this was none a year or so back with so Munsters strips by someone.. Let me know what you all think, or an I the only person looking for these strips?

PS.. My strips look 100% better in these pics then in person.. The cameras not showing all the stains and dirt..?

Gary, you may have better luck if you search out an entire kit. Cool game, but it think finding a nice set of strips by themselves is going to be tough. Yeah, Sunkist is crazy expensive. I asked about a Mummy long reel glass and they quoted me around 500 bucks.

Jason,
I've only been able to find glass so far, no strips. I've got calls in at Spin, and LA Slot currently but no ones called me back yet. Sunkist told me a $100 to do the art work, and $95 for a single set of strips. Five sets the price came down to $75 each set. That's why I was thinking if enough people could use them, then maybe the cost could come down more? These prices include the bonus reel strip too..

Every bonus reel game i have ever seen the strips where bad all except the bonus reel. Same with 5 reel double diamond.

What worked for me once was going to a slot vendor, a guy who has slots in different locations around a gambling city, but is privately owned. He got me Cleopatra and Money Mad Martian strips from IGT at his cost. Which at the time in 2009, was $35 ea. He was willing to help because I was a hobbyist and he was a private businessman. Since retired or I'd try to help out on that end. Was told Indian casinos might be willing to help also, so that moght be worth a try also

I have not been to a casino for over 30 years!! The only time I was ever in one was out in Vegas when I was maybe 14 years old. Crap doing the math its over 40 years.. I was in Vegas before its big boom. The strip was there and downtown was still open to cars.. I have a friend that goes from time to time to the Indian casinos, and maybe I can have him ask. You would think that IGT knows these and other strips that were printed were garbage, and might have replacement made available.. I guess I'll start calling every vender and phone number I can find and keep hunting. I've even been looking locally for a graphics printer that might want the job, but so far no luck..
