Title: Poker-matic electronic poker machine by Dale Electronics out of Las Vegas, NV
Post by: v-drive on May 31, 2016, 02:17:02 PM
Needing some information and knowledge on a pair of Poker-Matic electronic poker machines I recently acquired. Anyone here have or know someone who has dealt with these machines?

Thanks,
Nick

Do they power up and/or do anything? I've seen these but know nothing. But putting out some more info may get some other knowledgable members involved. Can you post a picture of the inside.

Mine powers up, three of the five displays light up and cycle through the cards, it seems complete, it was locked when i got it, it's damn clean inside, thought maybe there were some common issues with these, there is very little info on these that I could find, no technical information at all

Check all the fuses. Remove all the boards one at a time and clean the connections on the boards with a pencil eraser and reinstall  and see if that helps. If not,  age may have caused damage to all the caps. Have the caps tested and replaced if necessary. The power supply caps may also be bad.

Glad to see some posts! I have 2 poker matic machines with a manual and schematic dated 1968. These machines came with 5 boxes of extra parts, cards etc. One powers up, lights up and pays out. The other I haven't had the time to work on yet.
