Title: WMS Star Trek No Signal input both monitors

Good morning


I have a WMS Star Trek machine. It's been working great. We came in to the room and the machine was on but both monitors showed No input


The board CPU fan is running and some leds are lit.


Any help would be great

What happens if you power cycle?  The video board on the bb2 mpu's is a part that fails most often.  It would give you the error that is on the screen.  Do you have another mpu to try?  Since it is both monitors, it is unlikely that both A/D boards in the monitors would have failed.  But you can test the monitors by hooking them up to a pc to see if images show up.  If they do, then it's your MPU.  Maybe someone close to you has a similar system to try your mpu on their cabinet?

It ended up the board was bad. It was replaced and is working fine now.

I would think Game CF is corrupt, you said it was working ok before.? can you post a pic of the card?
