If no one here has it you might try contacting this place, they sell a lot of different eproms/chips:

Tried jj slots they have a bunch of chips but unfortunately not this one. The ironic part about it is that it broke while I was backing up my software as soon as I removed it from the board it fell and snapped in half on the garage floor and now won't read at all.

yeah, electronic chips are delicate if dropped like that onto a hard surface, especially if they land the wrong way. Do you mean the chip itself broke, or just a leg? If it is a leg that broke that can be temporarily repaired by soldering the leg or another leg removed from a scrap chip back onto the chip. Then you carefully insert it into your eprom reader/programmer to download the data so you can burn anther chip.

If you broke it after making the backup file then you just make a replacement chip.

The body of the chip cracked in half.

well it's toast then. I wouldn't even insert it into anything and try, could damage the programmer. Was this dropped after you had made the backup file?

You may have to hope that someone has the same machine and can help with the datafile, or someone parts out a machine that has the software chip available. One of the slot machine vendors may have a machine like yours and you can work something out with them to get a replacement chip.
