Anyone knows who can fix this or where can i buy a replacement?

LCD matrix are cracked, can't fix that. You will need to buy a new set of monitors and the plastic bezels. The main screen is touchscreen the top one is not. Unfortunately since the blades are relatively new cabinets not many dealers are parting machines to sell off the parts, since the full cabinets are still fetching a good price. Once the price of full cabinets comes down, it is more profitable for a dealer to sell of the parts than the whole thing, but we are not there yet. You may want to ask whoever you got it from if they have spare monitors to sell, or keep an eye out of blade monitors on ebay. You could also buy aftermarket monitors from ceronix brand new, but they will cost you a pretty penny.
