I have a GEN 2 Netplex printer (purple) on an IGT Igame, 19" screen, 044 MPU. Out of nowhere I am getting a printer tilt. The LED's on the membrane are alternating between the green "ready" LED and the red "Fault" LED. There is nothing about this combination of lights in my GEN 2 manual. I cleaned the sensors, made sure there was no paper jam and appear to have both 13 and 24 vdc to the unit. Has anyone seen this happen before?
