WMS BB2 Increase Max Bet from default 200 to 400 LOTR Denom

After going around in circles playing with Denom to try to increase the default max bet for bb2 with OLED buttons for LOTR from Bet 40, 80, 120, 160 to 200 to 40, 80, 120, 200, 400.  No need to clear the machine with clear card, just need to have no credits on machine.

With clear card if you are starting with new game:
Setup Time
Setup Devices
Setup Comms if you have Tito
Setup Credit
Denom  setup:
Base  Denom .01
Accounting Denom .01
Since LORT is a single denom setup game:
Set it to .01 and your percentage win ratio.

Setup the  game settings.   You cannot set the max bet yet.

After game is fully up after setting up devices if you did clear it, which was not necessary and all the pre-setup is already done. Make sure game has no credits and then:
Open door hit the service button.
Go to Setup>Game Settings
Click the second tab advanced settings then click the game LOTR in this case.
Now you have options here to change  max bet and change denom too.

Just wanted to post this as I spent a few hours going through denom  settings because during first setup you cannot set the  max bet until after the game setup is complete and game is ready to play.  This forum post assisted.
