Title: Can't get credits off my S+

I have nearly 1000 credits on my S+ so when I hit something the machine spits out coins. I wanted to get rid of the credits and start over. When I hit the cash - credit button nothing happens. Is there another way to get the credits off?

Check to make sure the wires haven't been pullex on that switch. There are 2 for the switch light and 2 for the microswitch that would generate a payout, either from the hopper or the jackpot reset key switch

Once the credits are on there, your only options are to pay them out via a hopper, do a game/chip swap or perform a clear (which requires a clear chip).  Without credits and having the right chips, you can modify the settings to require a hand pay - but you can't change those settings with credits still on the machine....

I forgot I took a wire off when the machine was for sale at a retail store so people wouldn't cash out and take the tokens
Put the wire back on and got the credits off
