A great evening to ALL. This machine gets played every few days as the Grandkids love the graphics. I fired it up today with the message “FILE SYSTEM GENERIC”. I know it’s an old CD-ROM machine, Did it crash or does Anyone know what this means. I couldn’t find it anywhere in my service manual?

Is it consistent with putting this error when you power it up? You may need to do a clear and set it up again. I can't say why it did this though.
I've had a half dozen of these uv1700 and they were always doing something strange
