hello i have a few bally v5500. was in store for about 8 year..i repair the power suppy. but when i install the power the machine do nothing and the power supply blow up.burn the filter... what you think is

Are they 110 or 220v?  there is a jumper in the power supply switching 110/220 - if you moved it you could fry the p/s.

should be if you operated them before - you said you repaired the power supply - i would re-check your work.

ok i test the power supply in other working machine and the power work fine...
