Bally Alpha 2 Pro V22/Curve, not accepting tickets

Everything was working fine until the battery got low. I just finished changing the batteries (MPU & Backplane) and setup the game again. Now it's running fine except the bill validator won't accept tickets, though it will accept bills. The TITO will add credits. It's powered up and working. The validator is a MARS and it has always worked flawlessly.

I did a clear and setup the game again in case I made an error. Results are the same. There are no problems with the Limits. Accounting denomination is $0.01 so it should accept any ticket amount. I even have a documented setup sheet so I'm sure to get all the parameters correct. I haven't a clue about what's wrong here.

I imagine you double checked that voucher in was set to sas primary, is this correct?  does the ticket print with the value in the serial number? is the setup sheet shareable?

The 'voucher in' is set to SAS Primary. It does print the ticket with the value in the serial number.

I have another Bally machine with TITO. I'll swap the TITO board and see what happens.

I discovered that the TITO connector was loose. Problem solved.
