Does Anyone know what how this topper works? I can apply 24 volts to Red/Black and the backlight functions. Just HOLDING random gray wires, the outside LED’S do random things. It’s like my bodies resistance is triggering different functions. Any ideas on this would be appreciated, Thank You.
