I'm trying to figure out what kind of game I have and find the manual for it.

You have an IGT S+ slant top slot.  They don't get a lot of love because they weight a metric ton.

i dont know anything about a slot machine. it was given to me. it "kinda" comes on, and i bought a couple of books on the machine. but what I'm looking for is the scymatics so i know what is suppose to be there. can you give some kind of direction to go ?

There are some wiring diagrams and schematics for S+ machines here in the file section, but you have to be a contributing member to access it.

You said the game kind of comes on. Does it display any numbers or letters in the LED readouts?
I don't want to over-simplify this because I'm not an S+ expert, but if the machine has been sitting a long time the backup battery is likely dead. I believe those require a good voltage reading on the battery in order to boot.

Tilt, is S+ battery code 81 or something like that? Strike that, I think it's code 12.
