Title: Can I change printer "CASHOUT TICKET" text?

I saw a post how to change the Name and Address on the printer on my IGT S2000 machines but I was wondering if/how I can change the "CASHOUT TICKET" text?  Some of my machines read "Cashout Ticket" and "WVL Cash Ticket" and "Ticket Voucher" and I would love to change them if possible?....

Those were the steps I did to chance the Name and Address but it didn't have a choice or option to change the "CASHOUT TICKET" text.  I would just figure it can't be chanced if it wasn't for different machines reading different things like "Cashout Ticket" and "WVL Cash Ticket" and "Voucher Ticket".  I believe WVL stands for West Virginia Lottery so it must have been setup?

You would need to reflash your printer to different firmware, Yes WVL is West Va Lottery and use a specific Firmware of their own

Ok thanks for the reply Blueridgeslots.  Any idea how hard that would be to reflash a printer to a different firmware and what that entails?...

You are going to get a default message regardless, they are hard coded in firmware. the machine message is changable as Ron posted link.


Probably easier to get a different printer than trying to update, but here is a link to some info
