Title: Universal Co. LTD stars and stripes

I  have a Universal Co LTD. slot machine that I'm looking to buy cheap because it tilts when played. the model is an 8515 stars and stripes. Can someone please tell me what could possibly be wrong with it? Thanks

It has real reader optics and  stepper motor?

Try to clean IR senders and receivers, most of time around the stepper motor.
