Hi everyone !
I bought a Universal slot to someone. It was working great until... I don't know until what ! During the transport something might have been wrong.
I read the whole notice and went through many forums, made it work one or two times but know it seems that there is nothing to do.
I have an error 50 and 13 all the time.
After a few minutes when I close the door the error 13 disappears but the 50 remains all the time.
When I open the door, I get the sound telling me the door has been opened, which means switches are working (I tried many things and it seems to recognize that the door is closed, regarding lights and sound, and testing mode resetting when I close the door).
I also reset the RAM through the switch on the motherboard, with no luck.
I'm thinking the reel is dead but I can't admit it as I know something can be done ! If someone is willing to help me solve this he'll be my savior !

The error 13 is really a message. The message is; The power was interrupted. (You turned it off and back on) So no problem.
The error 50 is also a message. The message is; The door has been opened.
Both these errors (messages) will flash until coins are inserted and a game is played. Then they go away.
The tricky message is error 50. The door must be closed and locked for the machine to accept coins. When closed the white switch that hits top of door (upper right) is pushed in. When locked, a gray optic (U-shaped) inside of door has a tab in the "U" that blinds the optic telling the mpu the door is locked. Both the door closed button and the lock optic must be satisfied for the machine to accept coins.
Best way to know the machine sees the door closed and locked is the INCERT COIN light will flash when the machine is ready.
So first make sure the light bulb behind the INCERT COIN is working and not burned out. Then close and lock door. Look for INCERT COIN light to flash. (The INCERT COIN should be on glass just below reels usually just above where you insert coins)
A way to test the machine with door open; Pull out on white button(s) on machine where top of door hits (upper right). When you pull out the white button it stays pulled out and acts just like it was pushed in. Then put a piece of black electrical tape in the U-shaped optic near the door lock. A little red LED should lightup on the optic. (on the side) when power is on.
At this point the mpu thinks the door is closed and locked and the INCERT COIN light should flash.
Most times the white button at upper right needs to be adjusted outward so when the door closes the button is pushed in. Maybe yours needs to be adjusted?

What is happening is that I don't have the Insert Coin light ON.
Will try to take out the white pushbutton to make it believe it's closed !

When I said pull out the white button, I mean pull the button towards you, NOT remove it!!!

Ohhh ok I see !
I was also thinking about wiring the button until I found the position it means the door is closed, like hacking the button.
But I will try to pull it out !
