Title: Kaneko Games
Post by: channelmaniac on May 04, 2014, 06:55:18 PM
Model: Gals Panic II
Symptom: No red output

A cursory exam of the board revealed 2 1/8 watt resistors, a 750 ohm and a 1k ohm, that were burnt. Replaced the resistors and checked the board. Still no red. Traced it back to the custom Kaneko hybrid IC, V-08D, on the red line. Replaced the hybrid with one from a donor board to finish the repair.
