been on this site many years now - many of you know me - I have been in this hobby/business for 40 years!!! started with mechanicals (mills - watling - jennings ....) then Bally E/M - E-Series and as the years went by and more machines became LEGAL? learned or tried to learn newer technologies - ALL with the help of other NLG and Larry Weber and Alan. I have sold off most of my parts (given most away) - only have a few S+ and that DEMON VISION game that has been the death of me. I will be offering up what I have left 12/4 - cash and carry. I will be leaving the US on 12/18. Will be back occasionally but RETIRED means no more slots. I LOVED the hobby/job - will miss it NOT. Worked my ass off for to long. Time to travel - hit the beaches - bars. Will read this site to see what is going on - maybe someone will find the answer to my VISION or THE VISION if someone takes on this challenge - hope Joey has enough space for this hog.

Hello from the PHILIPPINES - home of VOLCANOS and TYPHOONS - and sadly NO SLOT MACHINES - bummer - love it here - people friendly for the most part - SECURITY EVERYWHERE - every store - restaurant - 7/11 stores - banks usually have 2 guards - MALLS are awesome - new - each store will have 2 or more clerks (small stores) - metal detectors and guards at all entrances - hotels - lots of security - no store robberies here - AND they SHOOT drug dealers - no trials!!! Wake up AMERICA!! I am on the island of Cebu - in Cebu City - trying to get used to the Filapino food _ not doing well on that - haven't traveled much yet (7000 islands to explore) - Just got back onto NLG (THANK YOU JOEY) - internet is 3rd world here too. Been living off of WIFI (dying more than living) - just got fibre - modem and what they call hi speed - DON'T ASK - you will never stop laughing. Don't think there are many hackers here - they would TIME OUT. I will try to add my 2 cents when I see a post that I can answer. My EBAY STORE is still alive - i turned it over to a friend who just ships parts - has no expertise with slots.

Sound like you are living the dream! I knew a guy from another forum I frequent who sold his plumbing business in WA state. Moved the family down there and opened a Pirate Themed Dive Resort on the Coast. It was his dream and he loves it.
Keep popping in as you can. I'm sure no one will chase you away.

Congrats. I had hoped to get to Clark Air Base when I was in the Air Force. Mt Pinatubo blew it's top and dashed those hopes. Had to settle for Korea instead. Be careful and enjoy!

MAIL - SHIPPING??? - i mailed a test 1st class letter from Florida on 12/4 - it arrive 1/29/18!!! Any packages are usually empty by the time they are delivered if at all. My IMAC works great - yawns a lot waiting for data. Technology - CELL PHONES - US phones don't work here especially IPHONE - you have to get special sim cards with some kind of booster chip after they UNLOCK the IPHONE - the good news it cost 100 peso a week to use a cell phone ($2.00 US) local calls - international haven't measured that cost yet. So doing the math $8.00 (400 peso) for smart phone use - vs $100 ATT!!!! Bad part is when i switch back to ATT sim card back for US use - good but when i change my phone back to philippine sim cards phone doesn't work - so I bought a NEW SMART PHONE - OPPO - philippine brand - android platform - works great and it cost me $100 US - so i have 2 phones - one for here and one for US - but the OPPO phone will work in US as is - no sim card change - guess I dump ATT when I go back March to do my TAXES!!!!
