Hi all,
Was playing my Bally Circus EM machine this evening, when suddenly the 3rd reel wouldn't stop.
Turns out that the spring that pulls the latch pawl back onto the reel disk has broken.
Was wondering if anyone has a spare I could buy off them, or point me to where I could get one.
The spring is the one in figure 5.39 of the book 'Owner's Pictorial Guide - The Bally Slot Machine 1963-1981' (page 56).
I've also attached a photo of the broken spring.
Thanks for any help!

Derek,
I have a large assortment of original Bally springs I picked up over Thanksgiving, I will look tomorrow and see if I have that on....

Derek..
If Coincard doesn't have the part, I'm sure I do here.. Can you post a picture of the spring in the reel assembly.. Just curious if the E-Series uses the same spring..

Hi guys,
Thanks for the quick responses and offers of help.
I've been able to get a very similar spring to the one I need from a local hardware store. It's not quite as strong, but seems to be doing the job OK. I'll see how I go.
Thanks again for the offers of help!

Sorry for the delay, nasty weather here has kept me busy, I did not find the exact spring but one that is close...
