Title: bb2 emotive lighting
Post by: fifthwheel on May 22, 2019, 05:04:55 PM
Question, Does anyone know what games work with the emotive lights? I have found out that Zeus 3 / Alice and the mad tea party / Invaders from the planet moolah work with it and games like wizard of oz ruby slippers / LOTR 2 / Airplane don't work (the lights will just rotate it's colors. How is one to know if a game is compatible? Is it game or os family specific or something else.

Thanks for any info

You can't use / and numbers, it tells the forum software to change text sizes.  Below the full text.

And to answer your question, the newer stuff supports emotive lighting, the BB2e did not come out until later in the bb2 lifecycle, so the earlier games and the 1.5 games don't do anything with the emotive lights.

Sorry about that and thank you for fixing it...Didn't know I broke the formatting!  :banghead:   Thanks for the info! nI was hoping to get alittle more info like what os family would be a tell on date of game. I don't know when the bb2e and games made for that were.

H13.3x is the later family games.  H9.x is the older ones, more than likely anything in the H9.x family does not use emotive lighting, there maybe a few exceptions as some games were released later in this family to make them compatible with bb1.  There was an H10.xx used briefly for games made to work on bb2 that where originally bb1 games only (Invaders from the Planet Moolah, Crystal Forest) that would probably work with emotive lighting.
