Title: IGT pe non plus poker question
Post by: jhanley on July 27, 2014, 09:38:54 PM
I just bought a 1987 PE bonus poker machine in Vegas. The thing is like brand new all around. It,s so clean inside you could eat off it.I was reading a lot of the posts pertaining to these machines and was wondering if If anyone knew the answers to a few questions. In the manual it shows a picture of the top glass showing players edge in big letters with the pay table on the screen. On mine the top glass has the pay table on it with no table on the screen and you can't bring it up on the screen even with the dip switch for it on the board. Is this just a variation or what? Also it makes different sounds but nothing when the cards turn over.Is this normal? The guy I bought it from had the invoice when it was bought for $1300 in 2000.I paid $300 for it.Was that to much?I don't think it was ever in a casino ever. There aren't even any marks on it where it would have been bolted down to a stand. Thanks

My machine has exactly the same issues with sound and payable. It is a double bonus poker machine. Any solutions out there?

It is what it is. Software was minimal (27C256), RAM was small (6116), not a lot of room for sound variations.
$300 was a good price.
