I've shipped a guy a full DBV200 setup (everything including housing/power supply/head/transport/screws/etc) for a S . I tried the bv head/transport in my test machine before shipping and it worked. It seems to cycle and setup properly (I listened to it over the phone) and it's enabled (9-1). It does not even attempt to pull a bill in. Could this be a bad power supply even though it cycles and sets up? I plan to ship him a power supply but thought I'd ask if anyone has any other thoughts (motherboard/cpu).
thanks
Bob

Has he checked the "standard" things:
Is the bill box seated?
Are all doors closed...optics aligned?
Check all wiring/plugs?
Is the unit seated properly with the latch down?
