The new $10 I believe is the latest update for that validator.  Do you now have older bills to try other than singles?  Is this a recent issue or has it always been this way?   If it has always been this way, check your credit limit.

If the credit limit is not the trouble, I have version 3.00-3 in my 11 and I just use the uncolored money. Check at the bank, there's still plenty around.

will not take the un-colored 100,s will not take the new tens,20,s  will only take the one,s,when I put the uncolored 100's in it stays there 2/3 seconds it does not spit it right out
ii haven't played this machine in a couple of years,it seems like it took 100's at one time

I know it's taking the ones but maybe a cleaning of the optics will help. 2 to 3 seconds sounds like it's trying to recognize it.

Actually 2 to 3 seconds sounds more like a credit limit issue.  Unkown or bad currency the check is almost instant.   Check the bill credit limit in your settings.

bill credit limit 4400
bill accepter  enabled
coin in 5
max coin in 5

cleaned optics with just a rag     should I use alcohol or something else

still the same  holds twenty and hundred about 2/3 sec then spits it out

No don't use alcohol or anything like that on the optics. One of our old buddies used to use saliva.

I use distilled water on a lint-free cloth.  Everything else leaves a residue of some kind or another.

I think we need to back up a bit and determine if this WBA11 really is the latest/last revision.
Can you recall if it ever took anything greater than 1's at one time? Do you have an old "small face" bill laying around that you can test in it?

what are the switches set at (located on the right side, front, toward the bottom.  they should all be "off",   depending on how old the poker game is, it could be a IDO22 setting.  I believe that  switch #1 determines this.  get the WBA flip cards, there is a stand alone test that can be preformed, this will tell you if the bill unit is working as it should be,  if it doesn't work in the stand alone test, then you have found a problem.

installed a new game and a new board----dbv works fine
the last game did nopt have max credits or max hopper when I went thru the test--(multy game bouble bonus)for some reason it would not take nothing but 1's
I do not know what the problem is with that game
thank everyone for there help--lord knows I need it

is there any reason why the dbv would not work with the other board-- could it have something to do with the program chip or the ram chip
like I said it never in the test there was no hopper limit??????????

That's what I was trying to tell you,  If you have an older game chip on that board it might be an ID022 protocol,  the bv software has both available  in the unit, switch # 1 will select between the two protocol's IDO23 or ID022,  I believe that to be the case, I have not done this in a long time so I am saying this from memory.
