Seller stated that the plate reads titan 2 model g23x2a

Looks like one of those generic cabinets that you just stuff the guts of whatever machine you want in it.  Since there are not photos of the backplane and mpu, it is hard to say what it is.

No idea what it is then, I don't recognize the MPU.
