IGT PE Jacks or Better stopped taking coins

We have an IGT PE Jacks or Better machine that suddenly stopped taking quarters after opening the door.  The white button may have been pushed.... any idea how to fix this??

If not more information would help.

What is the machine doing? Dropping quarter in coin tray? In hopper but no credit? Coin test work? The white button, the test button? Or the optics tiny white test button?

Here to help, but not much to go on. Upright or slant top? Have you checked for bad wires?

Thank you so much for answering.  We figured it out. There was no sample coin in the slot...  :fryingpan: :duh:
