My igt gamekings are in the negatives! Getting my a$$ kicked! Need some advice

I recently purchased 4 gamekings with roulette 0 and 00 enabled. The denoms are set to .25 , .50 , $1 , and $5. The maximum credits allowed per play is $3,000. I have high rollers who would feed $5k at one time. These players would lose up to $15k and somehow make all their money back plus hit me for a good $25k. Could someone advise me to set the settings to where the house could make some $ back otherwise it will bankrupt me.

Should I just set the roulette games to only $1 denom. Would that help hold or it doesn't matter?
