Clearing the Jackpot?

Tried to do a quick search but didn't see this addressed:


Got a call from a client who hit the Royal Flush on their Deuces Wild.  Didn't pay out and the win alarm is sounding constantly.  I assume they just need to clear the jackpot win (since it would be a handpay probably).  Is it as simple as just turning the jackpot reset key?  Does the door stay closed?  Anything else that needs to be done?

That's what it's there for.   :yes:

With the machine displaying, "Jackpot - Call Attendant" and the jackpot music playing, leave the door closed, turn the jackpot reset keyswitch once and release it.  Done.
