rockola CD Bubbler Wallette hookup ?????

I have a Rockola CD -8B jukebox and just got a Wallette  for it but have no idea how to hook it up? Any one out there know how? Thanks

 Hmmm I will check my roll-a-Dex (ya I still have one).....I think they might be reached under the "Antique Apparatus" name.....
