I have not seen this model before would this be considered a sit down model or a slant top model

Better late than never.

I had one of those, sold it to Joey at NLG when I moved out of Nevada.

Not a slant top, they made a few of those too, these are standup style, don't remember if they had an actual name.

Most had a slot handle where that hole is in the middle of the bottom door.
