Hello together,
i have a problem with my GEN8-CPU, exactly with expanding it to a one with video-card (K1200) with 4 mini-DP to run an Virtual button deck.
At first i have expanded my existing CPU with a video card with 4 mini DP outputs (K1200), but with no success, the LCDs won´t come up. I have thought that it maybe could be a problem with a wrong BIOS module so i have bought a complete new GEN8-CPU with newer BIOS module and already built in K1200 video card with 4 mini DP outputs.
After changing the CPU the main LCD came up for a moment(showing the Aristocrat symbol and showing some messages in the screen), but then the complete machine went off! First i have thought that the power supply went bad, but it´s still working; i have tried it with the previous CPU. And now when i insert that new CPU with the 4 mini DP ports nothing happens any more, the machine won´t come up any more; everythings down. What have i done wrong? Have i maybe even destroyed the CPU? :Scratch-Head:
