Title: Bally alpha 2 converted to Argos

Needing some help please!
I have a Bally alpha pro 2 v22/22 converted to Argos
All I want to do is be able to accept cash and print out tickets via collect button with no Tito installed
I’ve tried pretty much everything- as it accepts cash but when I go to collect it always just goes to handpay no voucher ticket

I’ve tried system /standard with everything off even handpay in sas besides voucher out but still goes to hand pay
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
