Title: could some one help i have a slant top 12 times pay need help with

i put my clear chip in got the two amber lights  took it out put board back in now i get all the lights and red one is blinking  and alarm sounds can anyone help

this is usually a sign of the SB chip not inserted correctly,  either off by a pin or a leg bend under the socket or something related to inserting that chip. anytime the red LED comes on, it is something related to the chips. double check them.
