I just received a TITO@home board from Brian today for my IGT AVP G20 that I bought strictly for the credit add function.
Having a problem where it won’t issue the credits when the service button is pushed.
I have been talking to Brian, he is at an impasse on what it could be and suggested I post about it here.
Here is a pic of the comm analyzer screen, Brian says it looks exactly as it should.
But the credits will not show up.
Any ideas?

Ok. That's all I could think of off the top of my head. I check my machine tomorrow. It has Brian's TITO board in it, but I'm not sure if I've tried using the service credit option. I use it for tickets and that works fine.

My printer does not work, I bought it strictly for the credit add function.

No tito tickets laying around? It helps if you know if it will take the tickets or not.

Problem solved
The reason I bought the TITO was the cash out button was accidentally hit and I lost like $12,000 in credits and I hadn’t put any money in it since it happened.
Someone asked if it played with cash and I put a $20 in and hit the service button and it worked.
The cash out transaction obviously must have had something to do with it.
