i picked up a CEI upright,(great Cond) other than The Mux error popping up every deal. I know the Mux boards were used in the Gamblers Bonus PTracking. Just wondering if there was a way to get this graphic off. I was told it's in the software. I'm running a turbo plus multi poker.. thanks for any ideas.. The game works great otherwise..

I had a Gambler Series machine with the same issue.
After going thru all the menus I was not able to clear the error.
I removed the battery and placed the board on the shelf. A year latter I re-soldered in the battery and installed the board.
The error was gone

Yes, I had a tech give me a backdoor code. This way you can always get in even if the previous operator had set up a password.
I'll dig it out of my machine today.
The user I/D was 1492 (Columbus sailed the ocean blue)
but I forget the password. That's what I have to look up. CRS tells me it was 123456

Yeah..It may have been that. I worked for United a loooong time ago and it sounds familiar. I'll give it a try. Thanks
