Hi well i finally got a gafield topper and would like to light it up can anyone help with doing that thanks  :garfield:

simple i used a 12 volt dc power pack from a laptop and hers the pics of the wireing.though it really bright,i read where you can dim it down with a resistor and make the chaser light chase, but its good like it is for me.

If you buy a RGB controller from China for 10 bucks you can wire the chase lights.

Thats really cool THANKS.  p.s what the deal with the resistor in the pic.also what type of RGB controller  would i want TO BUY from e-bay. also any help in hooking that thing up would help thanks

I didn't use a resistor. That pic was from the old site.

The remote will read the IR eye if you position it behind the white in Garfield's eye
 
You will also need the 5 pin adapter to plug into the controller

Other than that it's easy. Just need a 12VDC power supply and match up the colors of the wires for the RGB
