Title: S2000 Vision Slingo cande question

I notice my S2000 Slingo top portion of the candle is on all the time and I dont remember that being the normal case. The machine seems to play fine- any ideas on what to look for?

Secondly I would like to change the payout percentage on this machine. I beleive it uses a key chip which I have- do I also need a clear chip?

does your machine have a "Call Attendant" or "Change" button over to the left side that you may have pressed? If so, try pressing it again.
