Title: 4 IGT games in one?

Based on this glass, did IGT make a machine that had four games—2 video poker and 2 slots—in one?

It could have come from an IGT PE+ with two video slots and the two poker games but I'm not entirely sure. Someone will chime in with the correct answer if I'm wrong! :)

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm not too knowledgeable about PE+ machines.

By the way, the glass is currently on eBay!
