Title: Bally Double Dragon "SVGALIB Failed to initialize"

I have a Bally Double Dragon that was fine when it was shut down a week ago, but when i went to turn it on today, this message displayed on the screen and will not boot:


"SVGALIB Failed to initialize"


Any assistance in diagnosing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading this.
