Title: GK 044 Game List
Post by: peasoup49 on September 09, 2020, 03:42:44 PM
After looking through probably 2,500 PSRs (some 3-4 times just to be sure), I was able to compile a list of games thanks to RB and rickhunter with some educating of myself. It's been uploaded to the GK files. If you hold any missing or more recent info, I'd love to have it to update the list. Hope it helps or adds to your hoard of information.  :Tongue_Out:

Got it. Thanks for your efforts.   :1:

I noticed it's listed under IGT members docs & general docs not under Game King so here is a link for easy access by contributing members:

I've revamped it.  So Release 2 is in the download section.  Yes, Alien (GK000827) is in there now, Ron.  :24:

You might know I'm trying to compile a comprehensive list that people with GK's can quickly look at and find what the may need to get the game they want.  I've run into TONS of info with the boot chip number is not known. Would GKB36 be a safe bet to use on those with missing info? I've exhausted Google trying to find out if there is a list of revisions (ie GKB12 was replaced with GKB36, etc). Or something that describes the function of each boot chip and what game it is specific to. I found one for key and clear chips, just not boot.

Thanks

Better off using a (fast boot with built-in keychip) dev39 for all of them.

The PSRs usually state GKB000xx or it's replacement. Generally speaking the 36 should work with most stand alone games. There are certain boot chips with functions for linked games, etc. Check your email.

Agreed on defaulting to the dev39 (and personally I probably would), but I wanted to make the spreadsheet "complete" for those GK00xxxx missing the boot chip info.

RB, got it, thanks!  :1:
