Title: Cannot remove bill validator, IGT PE+ Slant Top

I have removed the screw on the side, but unable to remove the unit.  What am I doing wrong.  The validator will not even take the bill in.  The validator is a WBA 11.  The slot is an IGT PE slant top.   :banghead:

But isnt there a lever on the side that needs to be unlocked or something?

Hi.  Yes.  There is a bar on the bottom front.  Press that down and pull it out.

It worked.  It was stubborn but it finely freed.    I was trying to pull it up rather than down.  Thank you very much for the help. :applause:
