I have a S9000. It has a transact gen 3 printer and a Mars dba
Have done a ram clear redid the settings.
Selected Future Logic from the printer settings.
Have tried using the Tito setup video for a 2008 operating system
I also found a thread on this forum and down loaded that ,and still no print.
Tito is presently unplugged.
Set Validation to system and to Standard
Machine and Voucher Out to Primary
No pending alarms
Exit to Game
Add money play a few games Hit Print will not Print
Someone did put a Tito in. The credit button works. Never got to try the printer before doing a clear/set.
I was reading about a possible issue with a Jurisdiction chip not allowing to print.
Worse case..
How do I set up a hand pay when someone hits print?

If all settings are set correctly for tito and the tito board is unplugged all cashouts will go to handpay and the service button will not issue credits.

The person that owns the machine does not want to use the Tito.
I have set the machine to Validation: Standard. No effect.
I found the manual for the Tito.
Going to try a No Tito install later on today.
Nothing about a hand pay, pops up on the screen. Not able to clear credits with the jackpot reset key.
I read that the Jurisdiction Chip can make a difference.
Not sure what else to try.

Does the printer print test tickets? Is it Transact? Or Future Logic ? Pictures help. Hand pay requires the use of the audit/attendant/jackpot reset key, so something is up.
I would test the cash out/print ticket button in diagnostic.

When you set the machine up, you can set free play(legacy bonus)on or off. I'll post a pic of it.
