Title: How do I turn my buttons back on?

I did a game change today and got the old machine type unknown. Used the 17 chip and set account. and denom. game type, printer, hopper etc. Afterward the max. bet and spin reels are the only ones working. I have the 10 button deck with a 500 series board. What did I miss?

OK I think I figured it out. I changed from a DD Run to Dick Clark New Year. It appears that Dick Clark is a standard button deck with max. 5 coin. Another DUH moment.
