Can someone tell me what a GameMaker 7000 is worth?
I have a chance to pick one up for $600.00 but i don't know if this is a good deal or not.
Tried looking on the internet but i could not find any 7000.
Model #VMPLQN106
Thanks

just an opinion, I don't care for the GameMaker models that much, so $600 seems pretty high compared to other used machines available. But that's just me.....
PS> no offense to any GameMaker fans out there,
I know that slot machines are like girlfriends,
everyone likes playing with something different. :garfield:

For a little more money you can get a Game King, better platform in my opinion

Thanks for the info. Think i will look around and see what's available in a game king.
Is there a model or version i should look for?

There are lots of variations and platform changes covering the model. I believe it started with a 13"crt, 3802 MPU with 4.0 software and ended at a 19"LCD, 044 MPU with 6.2 software. Price will vary depending on screen size/type and software version. Like anything else though, the newer the better. The nice thing about newer version is that you can swap them out to Igame software if you want to. Or go back and forth, they're pretty versatile

Thanks
Gameking slots has some with the 5.0 software but his sight doesn't say what size monitor. I give him a call Monday and find
out. He's fairly close to me so i can save the shipping.

Invest the extra money in the 6.x software or even better Super Poker software, you won't be sorry. Get a 19" cabinet with LCD (they are called panda cabinets because the player panel where the buttons reside is round like a panda belly). He also has a bunch of Bally Alpha Gamemakers, which will run pretty much any other alpha video title.

Your a bad influence on me! Started out spending $600.00 and now I'm up to $1600.00
Seriously thanks for all the great info. I've been e-mailing back and forth with GameKing slots so will see what kind of a deal i can get.

I agree with everyone! After repairing a Game King, I will never like my Bally as much! I paid $500 for my first one, $250 for the second one and $200 for my last one... which is just like the one you were looking at.
The Game King was MUCH MORE FUN especially with all the sounds and graphics. They were no match to the Bally.

You all pointed me in the right direction!!
I have a Game King coming this week. Now i can't wait..

Thanks to Rickhunter and everyone!! I purchased a Game King 6.0 with a 19" lcd monitor.
The info on the sight is unbelievable! NLG is the best!!!!

Nice, Congrats!
I grabbed a Gamemaker a little while ago after looking for quite some time. Finding any type of video poker around me is nearly impossible, so picking and choosing was not an option. If a Game King shows up at a reasonable price, I will grab one as well, but I doubt that will happen any time soon. (Yes I know I can have one shipped, but that kills it price wise)

I just noticed this! :rotfl:
Yeah that's why I like getting new ones all the time to replace the worn out ones I've become bored with...
Just talking about the machines of course...
