It's a 3CM Double Diamond clone with some custom (non-IGT) artwork. Neat artwork and unique to have the clear glass looking into the topbox.

but it looks like there is backlighting almost like a barcrest or ac coin from what i can see from the picture.

I'm pretty sure that artwork is from the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. It looks a lot like the artwork type used for their machines. They made a lot of use of custom themes.

had to condense the pictures as they were huge so you can't see the detail - the top glass ALMOST looks like it has a light panel behind it for coins played etc thats why I thought it might be an AC Coin or barcrest.

It looks like someone's garage door behind/through the glass.
It's a clone of Double Diamond, with no special features.

If I remember correctly, there was a box behind the glass with a bunny in it. I'm trying to see if I have old old photos in the hard rock with that slot in the background.
