I have a Kortek 1782 CRT MONITOR. I’m in need of the new touch screen plastic cover setup. Sorry I don’t know the correct terminology. What’s weird going on with it is only the bottom left of the screen functions. For example if I attempt to do a setup with a key chip nothing works on touch screen except “exit key chip menu”. I can take that game the U chip and bill validator, put them in my other machine, program all the setup requirements and then put them back into this machine and everything is functioning properly, with the exception of the touch screen. There again, I can only use the bottom left of the screen which is “CASH OUT”. Everything else, I must use the deck buttons to play. Any suggestions/Thoughts. Or avenues to purchase parts?
