Aruze innovator The Gold Need help

i recently bought the aruze innovator The Gold as this my favorite slat at the casino. i have called aruze looking for a manual and they blew me off cuz im not a casino i cant find anything on the net as well im hoping someone here has one or at least a pdf as i feel its important to know your machine that being said i have a few questions
#1 my chance feature is not the same as the casinos mine for one doesnt light up at all and when it hits chimes once and says chance and always hits a bonus around. the casinos on the other hand will chime one through five time then say chance and depending on number of bars that light up determines your chance 1 bar you may not get anything to 5 bars you get a bonus or you might get 7s with 2x wilds plus the chance hits more at the casino with 40 bucks you might get a 3 or 4 where at home i can run 400 through and get 1. so is there a way to change this?

#2 in the settings menu there are 2 psd verification (md5 and crc) and (hmac-sha1) these have seed values that i can change but i have no idea what they are so hopefully some can tell me

#3 inside there are 2 buttons labeled 4A and 1A anyone know what these are for?

#4 ive seen a few videos of the aruze crystal with a 2 cent denom but at the casino there crystal and gold machines are 1 cent as well as mine is there a way to change this?

thank you in advance for some help. i hope a few people can help me understand my machine better i would like to utilize as much as i can

Unsure about proper way to clear an innovator (may need flash drive), but on the gen-x, you have to clear the game then go into settings menu to change denom.

Id assume that the 2 menu options you show are for some sort of auditing (but, i am just guessing as i am far from an expert with aruze machines.)

Not sure if you already found it but I recently put a bunch of documents in the files section here.  I recently acquired an Aruze machine and was having trouble finding info myself so as soon as I found some I shared it in the hopes it won’t be such a struggle for folks with these machines in the future!  Let me know if you need any help with your machine.  I am far from an expert but have learned a bunch in a short time!
