I have had my Model 550 "REEL EM IN" Video Slot Machine stored at a friend's home for over a year.  I just recently brought it back to my home.
When I turn it on a message comes up "Bill Changer Failure".  I have done the stand-alone test mode.  It will accept $1, but NOT $5.   When I finish the stand-alone test, do I turn all the switches back to up?

If I play with coins I do not get the failure tilt until I win something, then the "Bill Changer Failure" comes on.

I have heard that you can clean the mirror in the changer.  How do you get to the mirror?

I am attatching some photos of the changer.  Any help would be appreciated.
